1. Who we are

Mami Travel ("we", "us") operates www.mamitravel.si and provides private coach hire across Europe. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you actively send us. Through the quote form on our contact page we receive:

Required: your name, e-mail address and phone/WhatsApp number
Optional: agency or company name, number of passengers, preferred coach size, departure and destination, travel date, and anything you write in the message field

If you contact us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not build profiles or make automated decisions about you.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To prepare and send your quote and to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To perform a booking you go on to make with us. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
To meet accounting and tax obligations where a booking takes place. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We do not send marketing e-mail unless you have asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a single value in your browser's local storage, mami-lang, to remember whether you are reading the site in English or Slovenian. It contains no personal data and you can clear it at any time through your browser.

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash; requesting those files discloses your IP address to those providers under their own privacy policies. [TO CONFIRM — self-hosting both would remove this transfer entirely.]

5. Who sees your data

Your enquiry is delivered to our own mailbox. It may also be handled by:

our web host and e-mail provider [TO CONFIRM — hosting company name and country], acting as a processor;
a coach or driver partner, where fulfilling your booking requires it;
authorities or advisers where the law requires disclosure.

We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Our operations are based in Slovenia and your data is normally processed within the EEA. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses. [TO CONFIRM — list any non-EEA provider actually in use.]

7. How long we keep it

Write to coaches@mamitravel.si and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana — www.ip-rs.si.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are sent to a mailbox we control. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send passport numbers, payment card details or other sensitive information through the quote form.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and publish the new version on this page.
