These terms govern your use of www.mamitravel.si. They are not the contract for a coach hire — that is agreed separately in writing when you accept a quote. Where the two differ, the booking contract prevails.

This site presents our fleet, destinations and services so that you can request a quote. It is not a booking or payment system. No price shown or implied here is binding, nothing is reserved through this site, and no payment is taken on it. A booking exists only once we have issued a written quote and you have confirmed it.
Please give accurate details when you contact us — dates, passenger numbers and route determine both feasibility and price. We aim to respond within 24 hours, but response times are a goal rather than a guarantee. We may decline any request.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and assume the itinerary as described. Changes to route, timing or passenger numbers may change the price. Payment terms, deposits and accepted currencies are set out in the quote itself. [TO CONFIRM — standard payment terms.]
Cancellation terms are those stated in your booking confirmation. The summary shown in our FAQ is indicative only. [TO CONFIRM — confirm that the FAQ cancellation tiers match the booking contract, and correct whichever is wrong.]
We provide transport with licensed vehicles and professionally qualified drivers, and we comply with EU rules on driving time and rest periods. Those rules can require schedule changes for safety or legal reasons, and we may substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher standard where operationally necessary.
Passengers must follow the driver's safety instructions and applicable law. We may refuse carriage where behaviour is unsafe or unlawful. The person or agency making the booking is responsible for damage caused to the vehicle by their group beyond fair wear and tear.
We are liable for our own failure to provide the service we agreed, subject to the limits allowed by Slovenian and EU law. We are not liable for delays caused by matters outside our control, including traffic, weather, border controls, industrial action or road closures, nor for consequential loss such as missed flights or accommodation. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Groups should hold their own travel insurance.
The text, layout and branding of this site belong to Mami Travel. Photographs are used under the licences of their respective providers. Content is offered in good faith for information; specifications and destinations may change.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, and disputes fall to the competent Slovenian courts. Nothing here affects the mandatory rights of consumers under EU law.
